Mr. Garofalo has over twenty-eight years of combined broad-based and executive experience in strategic planning, policy/advocacy development, sales & marketing and financial experience for three major global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical corporations. His access and advocacy career over the past three decades has made him one of the most sought after patient advocacy industry experts in the United States. Mr. Garofalo established Patient Alliances, LLC in 2008, which aims to provide strategic healthcare alliances and solutions to a diversified client base in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Garofalo is a cancer survivor himself and is proud to serve on key professional and advocacy boards including the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Foundation Board, LiveSTRONG Corporate Council, Patient Resource LLC Advisory Board, The National Patient Advocate Foundation and The Patient Advocate Foundation.
Ms. Carroll has over twenty-eight years of proven leadership experience in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical and biotech) with extensive oncology and advocacy experience. Areas of expertise include patient advocacy & strategic alliances, corporate relations, sales, project management, training and patient educational programming. Most recently Ms. Carroll joined Patient Alliances, LLC as a managing partner.
Ms. Carroll has executed numerous national oncology disease awareness campaigns including Tour of Hope, Komen Race for the Cure, Light the Night and Oral Head and Neck Cancer Awareness screening events throughout the US. She effectively trained and managed sales teams and developed a sense of oncology commitment and mission throughout the corporate headquarters and the US field based organizations. Ms. Carroll has been appointed to the National Patient Advocate Foundation Presidents Council and serves on the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's Sales Curriculum Advisory Panel. In August 2014, Ms. Carroll also founded and launched Fill Your Bucket List Foundation, an organization committed to granting the wishes of adults battling cancer in order to make lifelong dreams come true.

Jill M. Forrest
Jill Forrest is a strategic expert with nearly 28 years experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. She has demonstrated success in global strategy, commercial management, advocacy and access as well as product marketing. She is a proven leader with a comprehensive understanding of how to successfully execute global product launches, licensing and invest prioritization, sales force management and communications, both internal and external.
Ms. Forrest gained vast expertise from working in oncology therapeutic areas launching numerous successful chemo and targeted therapies with industry leaders including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Agenus, Pharmion/Celgene, Schering/Merck and TEVA Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Forrest has worked with pharmaceutical companies and brands of all sizes as well as biotechs, generics, vaccines and specialty medicines.
In 2014, Ms. Forrest joined Patient Alliances to offer her global professional skills to the healthcare industry; and in 2015 she also launched an independent consulting firm offering healthcare expertise and knowledge to BioPharma clients, investment firms, small businesses and non-profits in need of strategic expertise.
In addition, Jill is incredibly active in the non-profit area, offering her leadership experience and networking skills to several organizations including Fill Your Bucket List Foundation and Alphapointe.
Senior Director of Strategic Alliances
Ms. Willis is a passionate professional communicator with more than ten years experience in marketing and communications. She specializes in developing relationships, managing projects and helping clients to creatively communicate their messages enabling them to reach overall business goals and objectives.
Ms. Willis has experience working with medical device & pharmaceutical companies, physicians, hospitals, advocacy groups and non-profits. She has developed and led national public awareness campaigns regarding health issues including prostate cancer and kids health. Her areas of expertise inlcude marketing, communications stratgey, branding, writing, digital marketing and public relations. Most recently Ms. Willis started a communications and marketing consulting company where she helps client define their communications strategy and deliver effective messages as well as marketing materials.
Amanda was graduated from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004. She is active in her local community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Fill Your Bucket List Foundation, an organization committed to granting the wishes of adults battling cancer in order to make lifelong dreams come true.
